Job Description
As a recognized authority and leading contributor within their practice, this senior-level consulting position provides consistent high quality and innovative solution leadership to a project team. Leveraging project cost expertise to analyze business needs to help ensure Oracle's cost and scheduling solutions meet the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Provide industry expertise in cost management systems & project controls, including budgeting, documenting physical progress, documenting actuals, documenting commitments, contract management including managing changes and variations, payment applications and claims, measuring performance, supply chain management, calculating earned value, and analyzing reports.
Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the Oracle Aconex Core system and Connected Cost in order to interface with clients effectively on best practices related to Oracle Aconex Connected Cost.
Lead the discovery and analysis of existing processes and procedures used within client projects through facilitation of workshops and assessments.
Identify gaps and potential process improvements through Professional Services engagements on key projects, programs and enterprise wide deployments.
Develop resources such as flowcharts, documentation, etc. for clients leveraging real world processes.
Establish credibility across all members of the project team and at all levels within those organizations.
Lead presentations, demonstrations, training and interactive sessions.
Support the Oracle Aconex implementation process to deliver against the client’s success criteria, including the creation of clear documentation, reports, flow charts and other deliverables.
Required Skills and Experience
5+ years of experience in project controls, either in the AEC/EPC industry or in software and systems; 7+ years preferred.
Experience in enterprise document management, document control, project communications and cost management, preferably in the AEC/EPC industry.
Strong understanding of construction and engineering processes such as design reviews, RFIs, Change Orders, Health & Safety, cost management, supply chain management, and earned value calculations.
Extensive, hands-on and consulting experience on cost management and project controls systems.
Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English required; fluency in Spanish a plus.
Proven business analysis skills: ability to quickly understand a client business and their business constraints, ability to map processes.
Influencing ability: political awareness, adaptability, relationship building, articulate, persuasive communication skills, can “think on their feet”, professionally presented.
Strong consulting skills, including the delivery of projects against a defined statement of work.
Proven ability to organize complex programs, projects, and initiatives.
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills and a proven ability to lead meetings and influence various groups and audiences.
Proven ability to generate high levels of client satisfaction through client-focused consulting services.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
