About the Role

Are you ready to be a driving force in Oracle’s sales success? As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the catalyst for generating high-quality sales opportunities and expanding our industry market share. Your mission? To connect with prospective clients and create 5-Star leads that turn into revenue, through strategic outbound campaigns and multi-channel outreach.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Generation: Engage with potential clients through phone, email, and social outreach to generate and qualify leads.

  • Market Expansion: Contribute to growing Oracle’s industry market share by identifying and nurturing new revenue opportunities.

  • Team Collaboration: Be a team player who brings energy and excellence to every interaction. Share best practices, collaborate globally, and support your colleagues.

  • Research & Insight: Conduct thorough account research and intelligence gathering to uncover prospective customer needs and industry trends.

  • Strategic Engagement: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to strategize and execute outbound campaigns aligned with our industry go-to-market strategy.

  • Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the One Oracle stack and GIU solutions to become a trusted advisor to prospects.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $110,000 to $185,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45/55.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
