Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This role primarily involves leading talent acquisition functions and managing a team within a government organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage talent acquisition operations.

• Develop effective talent sourcing strategies.

• Lead a team of professionals focused on talent acquisition.

• Foster talent development within the team.

• Ensure smooth communication within the team and with potential candidates.

• Establish and maintain a robust talent pipeline for the organization.

• Address and resolve any issues or inquiries related to talent acquisition. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proven track record in Talent Acquisition strategies and practices

• Experience in developing and maintaining a Talent Pipeline

• Capable of identifying and sourcing top talent

• Demonstrated ability in Talent Development strategies

• Proficiency in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

• Strong decision-making skills

• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
