Job Summary:
As a Digital Tools Support Representative, you will be the customer facing component of our Digital Tools platforms. This will include managing emails, calls and chats daily. There is follow up work that is included as well, maintaining dialogue between the user and the development teams, to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Work DTS call, email and chat ques in support of customer issues
Work with supporting development teams in order resolve customer issues
Follow up on outstanding issues for users
Enter tickets into ServiceNow and Zendesk
Maintain strong communication and dialogue with teammates and Team Lead
Attend weekly meetings with DTS team
Key Competencies:

Strong communication skills-including listening (written, verbal and interpersonal)
Good organization and interpersonal skills
Being able work multiple forms of communication for outstanding issues
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Access and Outlook)
At least 3 years of Customer Centric Experience

Where is the work:
This is a Remote position.
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $42,000 - $45,000/yr
Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
