Please review the following job description:

Provide support and assistance to the Association Services Product Manager in promotion of products and coordination of marketing activities. Manage various projects, assignments, tasks and duties related to marketing efforts of Association Services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

Manage and coordinate marketing Ads and activities, advertising, mailings, trade show advertising, direct mailing and email marketing activities.

Manage the participation of relationship managers in organizations and tradeshows.

Create and distribute monthly sales reporting including salesforce management and financial performance.

Coordinate business unit activities including appreciation events and lighthouse project.

Process billing, create, update, pay and manage special agent agreements.

Manage, update, and distribute forms, documents and agreements used by the business unit.

Manage and update content on internal intranet site, external Web Vault, BBT.com.

Manage CEU course approvals, renewals and class input with the State of Florida and Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB)

Responsible for booking all hotel accommodations for RM’s and Executives that can’t be booked through Corporate Travel due to location of the Tradeshow or event and requesting an itinerary through Corporate Travel.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent

Three years of marketing experience

Working knowledge of bank operations

Knowledge of marketing and project support to promote the sale of bank products and services

Ability to work and communicate with all levels of personnel within the organization

Ability to handle a large volume of diversified duties, interruptions and projects deadlines

Must be accurate and detailed oriented

Preferred Qualifications

Supplemental computer knowledge (Excel, Access, MS Project, etc.)
