The Dedicated Account Representative will support the Customer, Client Executive, and the customers contacts on a day-to-day basis. Primary responsibility will be settlements, budgets management, and analysis. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to; support of day-to-day travel program; maintaining action plans, support and loading of vendor agreements and supporting on-line booking tool. Responsible for monthly/daily reports and ad hoc data report generation. Interact and support client with special projects and day-to-day requests such as policy exception management, crisis management and post trip reporting management.

What You’ll Do on a Typical Day

  • Directly contact the Customer, possessing strong customer service and consultation focus

  • Develop and propose recommendations to identified issues & resolution

  • Strong US/UK/CA Settlement experience/knowledge needed.

  • Uses analytical and creative approach to condense large amounts of data into a clear, concise, effective format

  • Provides overall Global Client Program support

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to produce required daily/weekly/monthly reporting and analytics using GBT reporting tools

  • Must be a self-starter & able to work independently

  • Gets results by operating with a sense of urgency, employing effective time management to deliver results within deadlines

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain flexibility

  • Good understanding of travel related data

  • Ability to analyze & assess raw data to identify trends, opportunities and to draw relevant conclusions.

  • Interaction and communication with diverse working styles, ability to build and demonstrate strong working relationships

  • Strong Project Management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to prioritize and handle exciting demands to meet deadlines

  • Adaptation to change and new direction on short notice

  • Ability to identify issues or challenges requiring customer concern

  • Ability to work under tight timelines and pressure of client driven deliverables and demands

  • This is a virtual based opportunity – willing to work US Pacific hours

  • GDS Amadeus experience is a plus!

Location

United States

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $46,000 to $93,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for an annual Performance Based Incentive, which rewards participants based on company performance, one of our metric-driven Sales Incentive Plans (certain direct sales roles only), or one of our Client Management Incentive Award (CMIA) programs. An eligible employee can only participate in one of these plans during an eligible period.
