Responsibilities: This is a Full-time or Part-time on-site role for a Salon Manager at Curious Curls Kids Salon in Salem, Oregon As a Salon Manager, you will lead by example by for providing haircuts to children and their families with joy and patience. We give you all the tools needed to provide a positive and fun experience for each client while ensuring that a safe and clean environment is maintained. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year experience as a barber or hairstylist. A positive and enthusiastic attitude. Patient, friendly and reliable- excellent attendance is a must! Most of our clients are little boys, so experience with fades is essential. Excellent communication and customer service skills, dedicated to ensuring families leave happy. Ability to sell products and rebook clients. Ability to maintain a super clean and sanitary work space. Please note that the job requires standing for long periods of time and may require evening and weekend availability.
