Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Status: Full-Time

Office Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Sign-on Bonus: $1,000.00

Referral Bonus: $500.00 (Referral bonus’ expire at the close of this job posting.)

Salary is DOE. Range $29.80-$37.75-$44.70

YOUR ROLE:

A talent acquisition specialist is responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to attract and recruit top talent, which includes identifying future hiring needs, sourcing potential candidates through various channels, screening applications, and recommending the best fit for a role, working closely with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure the right people are brought on board.

This position will be responsible for the coordination of recruiting for all licensed medical and mental health positions and full cycle recruitment for providers. Recruiting coordination includes recruiting system administration, advertising, sourcing, and interview planning. Provider recruiting includes coordination of interview schedules and site visits. This position will also develop and implement a formal recruiting process for all licensed medical and mental health providers.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

  • Develop provider recruiting plans in partnership with leadership and different stakeholders.

  • Actively source candidates and maintain a “warm” provider candidate list.

  • Identify advertising methods and place job advertisements for all positions.

  • Stay up to date with Recruiting Health Care Trends, by doing research, attending educational seminars, networking, and attending events, and receiving additional information from other Hiring Managers.

  • Keep all job postings current and track all activity. Applicant tracking reporting to include, but not limited to, provider recruitment updates, time to fill and time to hire reporting.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of two years related HR recruiting and staffing. Health care recruiting required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a combination of education and work experience.

  • Effective presentation skills. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications.

  • Candidate Sourcing using various methods, e.g., social media, advertising, job fairs, resume searches, direct mail, est.

  • Working in a not-for-profit organization and familiarity with community health centers, medical clinics, or healthcare settings preferred.
