Familiarize themselves with the products and services offered by the company Research potential clients and generate leads Contact potential clients via cold calling, email or social media Qualify prospects based on their needs Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and sales team Maintain accurate records of all communications with potential clients Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate services or products to prospects Advanced negotiation skills to persuade potential clients to schedule an appointment Persistence and resilience to deal with rejection Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong interpersonal skills to deal with various types of personalities Professionalism and courteousness to create a positive customer experience Computer literacy for research and data entry Generally, no prior experience is required for entry-level Sales Assistants. However, a background in customer service or retail can be beneficial. Communication skills are necessary to effectively assist customers and process payments accurately. Some Sales Assistants may need up to 1 year of related experience. Sales Assistants typically need to have a high school diploma or GED. In some cases, an associate degree may be necessary. Typically, Sales Assistants receive on-the-job training, which can last a few days or up to several months. They are usually guided by a more experienced Sales Assistant who offers training sessions on customer service, security, policies and procedures, cash and payment. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards Maintain a fully stocked store Ascertain customers needs and wants Recommend and display items that match customer needs Welcome and greet customers Manage point-of-sale processes Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments Keep up to date with product information Accurately describe product features and benefits Follow all companies policies and procedures Proven working experience in retail sales Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Proficiency in English Track record of over-achieving sales quota Solid communication and interpersonal skills Customer service focus Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality Basic administration skills High school degree Preference will be given to people that live in Sanpete, Juab, Sevier, Emery, Carbon, Iron, and Beaver Counties Since most of the office space and operations will be in southern part of the state. Pay range is $15 to 25/hr Benefits are available after 90 days Hybrid work role 90% to 100% work from home role They will be doing appointment setting for the Sales Reps Can be asked to travel with Sales Reps to Customers
