Essential Job Functions

• Anticipate the needs of the production line and service them accordingly via trailer movements to required dock door.

• Manage the trailer movement within the KIK Facilitys via a Yard Mule (Tractor)/ (Yard Dog)

• Perform tractor inspections and preventative maintenance before, during and after trips. Maintain accurate records.

• When directed, operate a forklift truck as necessary.

• Transport Product from one warehouse to another (2.5 miles one way- 5-mile round trip)

• Perform daily yard checks of product loaded onto trailers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver license (clean MVR) and medical card required.

• A minimum of 3 years commercial driving experience with a current Class A CDL qualification (Hazmat and Tanker or X endorsement a plus)

• Will operate forklift, hand truck or other equipment to load and transport goods

• Lift certification will be required

• Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills

• Basic computer skills
