Overview Wonderland Camp and Conference Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Assistant Camp Director - Programs. This Christian camp, nestled in the scenic beauty of Camp Lake, Wisconsin, offers a range of programs aimed at providing transformative experiences for campers of all ages. The Assistant Camp Director - Programs will oversee a variety of activities, including high adventure ropes course, pool and lakefront activities, outdoor education, activities for rental groups, and programs specifically tailored for Salvation Army groups. This is a full-time, year-round position with competitive salary and benefits. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement a comprehensive program strategy that aligns with the mission and values of Wonderland Camp and Conference Center. Manage and supervise program staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation. Oversee the scheduling and coordination of program activities, ensuring a diverse and engaging experience for campers and guests. Collaborate with the camp leadership team to ensure seamless integration of programs with other camp operations. Maintain program equipment and facilities to ensure safety and functionality.
