Positions Available:Full-Time, 1st ShiftProduction Positions. For the person who would like to be \"hands-on\" in making custom cabinetry but may not know precisely what position they are looking for - this is the job posting for you! After being interviewed, the production management team will assess your skills and interests and make a match with Crestwood\'savailable production positions. Positions could vary from machine operation, building (face frames, drawers, cabinetry), finish (sanding, staining, glazing, booth operators, hand sprayers) to adding accessory items, packaging, and loading trucks.HelpfulBackground:Experience with teamwork, good communication, proven good attendance, and attention to detail.

Wages:\$18.00 / Hour (\$16.00 Base Pay + \$2.00 / Regular HourAttendance Incentive). After the 60-day Training Period, Add 1) Certification Pay + 2) Production Incentive Pay. Add more Certification Pay (Up to \$2.00 / hour) as new skills are obtained. Additional Growth: Technical Pay with skilled positions. Production Incentive Pay is based on specific numbers being achieved in production. Production Incentive Pay ranges from \$0.75 to \$3.88/ regular hour. Production Incentivesare also paid for overtime hours.

Schedule:Monday - Thursday, 6:30 AM - 11:30 AM and 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM.

Requirements:

  • On-the-jobtraining for candidates willing to learn with no experience.
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to review products and materials during the manufacturing process
  • Communicate verbally andin written form.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Follow safety requirements
  • Desire to build quality cabinetry
  • Willingness to listen to and receive instruction
  • A desire to learn and retain information
  • Ability to transport up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Able to remain stationary for long periods
  • Willing to learn wood species, finishes (stains and paints), and cabinet parts for assembly.

Responsibilities:

  • Be able to work effectively and courteously with co-workers
  • Understand and follow safety guidelines, including wearing company-provided protective equipment
  • Provide regular and consistent attendance - be on time for the work schedule
  • Contribute to the creation of quality parts as defined by company-provided quality standards
  • Willingly participate in all training
  • Be motivated to achieve production targets and other key performance measures

  • Zero-added urea formaldehyde
  • Supermar Water solvent paints that are formaldehyde-free
