Thrive in a dynamic environment where you'll be responsible for various A/P tasks including matching, batching, and coding invoices, resolving issues, processing expense reports, updating sub-ledgers, and processing checks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily processes and controls accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Manage daily department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing accordingly.

• Carry out additional projects as needed.

• Provide assistance during internal and external audits.

• Validate, record, and expedite the sending of checks, including those requiring special handling.

• Address the customer service needs of internal business partners.

• Organize and maintain invoices, checks, and other documents through sorting, registration, scanning, and storage.

• Conduct full-cycle Accounts Payable activities.

• Perform administrative tasks to support the AP/Finance Department.

This permanent Accounts Payable Clerk position located in Salinas, California.

Requirements - Prior experience in an A/P role preferred

• Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills

• Working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with those in the technical and financial backgrounds

• AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred

• Command of batching

• Check Runs experience preferred

• Accounts Payable (AP) experience highly desired

• Comprehensive knowledge of Batch Processing

• Strong familiarity with Coding
