Our client, Salinas is seeking a Bilingual Outreach Staff to join their team. As a Bilingual Outreach Staff, you will be part of the Administrative Department supporting the Human Resources Department. The ideal candidate will have Attention to detail, Flexible and good communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bilingual Outreach Staff

Location: Salinas, CA

Pay Range: $18.00/ Hourly

What’s the Job?

• Able to answer questions to the public.

• Attend events on the weekends, evenings or during the day to represent the Department.

• Coordinate and prepare materials for outreach events.

• Able to be punctual and professional when interacting with the public at outreach events.

• Able to lift at least 40 lbs to carry, set-up and take down tents, tables and chairs.

• Able to responsibly drive a vehicle.

What’s Needed?

• Experience in customer related fields.

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.

• Self-motivated and able to work with many different types of individuals.

• Flexible

• Be on-call for outreach events or accept short notice pop-up events.
