Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Description

This is a contract role with potential relocation to a Michigan plant. The candidate will manage day-to-day production/operations and must be flexible with additional job tasks as required. Responsibilities include managing 30 direct employees and 30 temporary employees during the contract period, with daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs. The candidate will document production for all lines daily, schedule daily shift production goals, and run production meetings. They will work closely with the Operations Manager and Quality Engineer.

Hard Skills

• Proficient with Microsoft software

• Additional computer skills

• Lean manufacturing experience (a plus)

• Production management experience

• Strong leadership skills

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s), with possible chance to relocate to new site.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Sallisaw, Oklahoma.

Work Environment

Manufacturing setting. Shift: 7am - 3:30pm, M-F, with weekends as needed (mostly Saturday).
