The Assistant AD for Major Gifts works to actively qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major gift prospects and donors in support of priority projects for Utah Athletics. Meets regularly with major and principal gift donors and prospective donors to build meaningful relationships. Creates a balanced portfolio of donor, potential donors and solicitation targets tailored to the needs of the organization. Supports the University of Utahs goals and mission. Acts as a catalyst between departments, faculty, staff, students, coaches, alumni, community, and external entities to ensure continuity and quality of advancement engagement. This position reports to the Associate AD for Development as a dual report to both University Advancement and Utah Athletics.
