Candidate will focus on new approaches for the analysis of transcriptome and DNA sequencing data from single tumor cells, circulating tumor cells, and matching tumors and circulating DNA to enable new discoveries in patients under multiple contexts. We seek someone with experience in data analysis who is excited about generating new biological insights by applying existing methods to new datasets, and by developing novel approaches for analyzing and integrating these data.The candidate is expected to contribute towards design and implementation of algorithms to analyze the data and integrate it with outcome of clinical trials. The hired candidate will also be involved in development of in-house tools needed for interactive visualization and analyses. The candidate will also help in maintenance, support, and documentation of computational tools, pipeline, code repository, and generated datasets.
