What you'll do Are you ready to take the reins and lead the strategy for a fast-growing brand? At tru fru, we're looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive brand positioning strategy, driving growth and achieving volume targets for one of our key product lines. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of the brand and make a significant impact on its trajectory as we scale, aligning the product with tru fru's broader business goals across the 4 P's. Job Aspects: As the leader of brand marketing, you'll oversee and craft marketing plans that deliver powerful, on-brand messaging across all channels. You will leverage your excellent cross-functional leadership and project management skills, collaborating with our product, design, and content teams to bring exciting campaigns and initiatives to life, showcasing tru fru's innovative products in compelling ways. You'll also be responsible for identifying and driving 3-year innovation roadmap, utilizing hard and soft data to identify opportunities, measure results, and guide strategic decisions. Working closely with RandD, sales, supply chain, and finance, you'll execute winning product development strategies that keep us ahead of the curve and resonate with customers and retailers. In this role, you'll closely monitor and analyze the performance of brand initiatives, providing data-driven insights to optimize results and report to the Leadership Team. You'll also lead a team of analysts, strategists, and creators, demonstrating strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills to ensure projects support our annual operating plan and drive brand success. You'll manage renovation activities, such as packaging updates and product optimizations, keeping the brand fresh and relevant. Your strategic mindset, adaptability, and proven ability to manage change will be crucial in navigating industry trends and competitive activity while identifying and addressing opportunities and threats. Finally, you'll own key PandL levers to optimize your portfolio, ensuring our brand continues to thrive in the marketplace.
