Our Business Process Systems Analyst will provide technical guidance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.

What you will do: Configures system setting and options Implements unit, integration and acceptance testing and assists in crafting specifications for systems to meet business requirements Designs details of automated systems May act as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and improvement of existing systems Maintains knowledge of evolving business requirements and recommends appropriate systems alternatives or enhancements Prepares communications and makes presentations on system alternatives of improvements Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable business process improvements Researches standard methodologies within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased efficiency and reduced cost Determines how new information technologies can support reengineering business processes May specialize in one or more of the following areas: benchmarking, business process analysis and reengineering, organizational change and measurement, and/or process system requirements

Who you are: You have: 2-3 years of relevant exempt experience in a related field along with a bachelors degree. 3+ years of IT experience in business systems analysis across multiple hardware and software platforms, or business unit experience that includes working closely with IT in the development and implementation of large-scale systems A solid understanding of business systems and industry requirements in addition to having experience with SQL and as a Data Analyst You can: Demonstrate the ability to analyze and understand business processes and develop solutions to problems Research and understand customer issues while maintaining a high level of customer trust and confidence for the customers business needs Balance multiple deadlines and associated pressures while being able to adapt to and apply constantly evolving technology to business needs You are: An excellent written and verbal communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills who can work with all levels of employees, and influence/impact others Experienced in developing others to achieve results through proven organization, planning and coordination of projects along with planning, scheduling and time management Able to develop programs and conduct training while working independently and flexibly while showcasing self-control, being a self starter, having concern for quality and being achievement oriented

The following are considered assets: A bachelors degree within business, information systems, mathematics or technical studies Experience within Pre-construction or Operations
