What You'll Do As a Director of Integrated Business Planning, you will lead Dyno Nobel America's Integrated Business Planning, and minor Mergers and Acquisitions teams and processes. You will be responsible for ensuring that a robust planning process operates throughout the business unit to enhance business understanding, generate forward thinking and value creation decisions. Other duties include: * Partner with leaders across the business to ensure data-driven decisions are at the core of business operations. * Provide commercial analysis, financial modelling and valuation support * Challenge, question, direct and drive outcomes * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen and develop a culture of best practice analytical approach * Lead the business intelligence function, focusing on strategic development and operation of the business intelligence, reporting, analytics, and data science practices. * Oversee all reporting processes within the Dyno Nobel America's business to ensure all data processes and reporting align with new business intelligence practices. * Work with key business stakeholders to design and develop scorecards, dashboards, and related reports necessary to improve decision-making. * Work with business stakeholders to build financial and data literacy to self-analyze scorecards, dashboards, and reports. * Identify opportunities to reduce manual reporting and build automation to facilitate personnel making decisions instead of aggregating data.

What We're Looking For: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business/Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science) * Practical experience and theoretical understanding of Business Intelligence, Integrated Business Planning, Product Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Corporate Financial Planning * 10+ years of working experience with progressively increasing professional responsibility in related fields * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations * Solid understanding of SAP/BW, Power BI, data architecture, data modelling, data warehousing, and data visualization tools * Proven project manager experience with an emphasis on communication and timeliness * Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player
