MERRITT HOSPITALITY - MARRIOTT DOWNTOWN Executive Housekeeper (PERM) in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah

Merritt Hospitality LLC db HEI Hotels - Salt Lake Marriott Downtown at City Creek, Salt Lake City, Utah seeks for a full-time Executive Housekeeper. The Executive Housekeeper duties include, but would not be limited to: • Supervise housekeeping and laundry staff, including counseling, termination, evaluations, training, and development; • Assist in developing the annual budget and monitor performance against the plan; • Establish and maintain cost control systems for staffing, linen inventories, and cleaning supplies; • Ensure quality services meet guest needs, maintain room quality, and cleanliness standards; • Schedule staff based on labor standards and occupancy forecasts; • Enforce procedures for lost and found items' ; acceptance, security, and return; • Maintain productivity and labor cost goals, conduct linen, supply, and equipment inventories; • Order and receive supplies, alert hotel management of emergencies; Utilize office and accounting software accurately, attend required meetings; and • Demonstrate personal effectiveness, professionalism, adaptability, and commitment to growth; communicate effectively and resolve conflicts respectfully. • Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in hospitality or hospitality management OR 24 months' experience in housekeeping, customer service, or a closely related area.
