BBSI STAFFING Front Office/Customer Service RepActions in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah

Are you a detail-oriented individual with exceptional customer service skills? We are looking for a dynamic Front Office/Customer Service Representative to join the team!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk and client-facing duties.
  • Working alongside with Vendors
  • Answer incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries promptly.
  • Recommend products to clients and take orders from walk-in customers.
  • Handle incoming communications and manage orders efficiently.
  • Utilize advanced working knowledge of 10-key for data entry.
  • Pay close attention to detail, including accurately identifying object sizes and dimensions (e.g., distinguishing between 18"x18" and 24"x24").
  • Work with vendors to ensure smooth operations and maintain strong professional relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify and work with various object sizes and dimensions.
  • Proficiency in 10-key data entry.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Hours:

  • 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday

Pay:

  • $18-$27/hr., depending on experience (DOE).
