**Multi-Platform HR Generalist (ADP, Paycom, Paylocity)

Who We Are:

As a growing company with a diverse workforce, we need an HR Generalist who can bring their payroll expertise across multiple platforms (ADP, Paycom, and Paylocity). This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Process payroll across multiple systems, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

• Partner with HR leadership to develop and implement policies that enhance employee satisfaction.

• Oversee benefits administration, including open enrollment and claims resolution.

• Conduct regular audits of payroll and employee data to ensure consistency.

• Be a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR matters.

  Requirements

What You Need to Succeed:

• 4+ years of HR Generalist experience, with expertise in ADP, Paycom, and Paylocity.

• Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to navigate diverse employee needs.

• A detail-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
