While this role is 100% remote, the consultant MUST SIT IN UTAH
Provides accurate and timely technical support to internal employees via telephone, email and chat. Someone who is able to work within a ticketing system, chat, video, and phone calls. Working with a internal software system 95% of the time and internal built software support system as well. Able to go above and beyond just the normal support job duties. Manages support issues of a complex and technical nature with varying degrees of priority. Addresses incidents within predetermined service levels, requiring the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Insures that needs of customers are met. Carries out projects as assigned and supports other team members in order to represent the company in a professional manner. 100% remote but needs to still be located in Utah.
Essential functions:
Provides technical support via telephone, email and chat.
Accurately records and maintains incidents in accordance with department standards.
Champions customer issues from feedback stage through delivery of solution.
Assists Development and Implementation staff in resolving product issues.
Validates and reports customer submitted bug reports.
Participates in department team meetings.
Assists in special projects and other duties as assigned.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00
