We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing domestic and international shipping activities, overseeing pick-up and drop-off schedules, and effectively managing shipping issues to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include: Executing international ocean freight, airfreight, and trucking operations * Coordinating with shipping partners to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods

  • Identifying issues during transport and coordinate with the team to develop and implement solutions

  • Maintaining accurate records of shipments to include pick up, tracking, and delivery information

  • Ensuring compliance with transportation regulations and company policies

  • Proactively identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • Demonstrated experience with logistics coordination or a related field
  • Familiarity with transportation regulations and shipping documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Willing and able to travel internationally (>50%) Education/Experience:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required, Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred. 1-3 years or experience in logistics or supply chain preferred, or a combination of eduation and experience. Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information.
