Job Title Manager, Product/ Solution Management We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and growth of data products at Navitaire. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data technologies and the ability to drive product vision and strategy in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This is a hybrid position and would require you to be in the local office 2-3 days a week. Responsibilities * Manage the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that products are delivered on time and to a high-quality standard. * Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand the needs of our customers and the market trends in data and analytics technologies. * Develop and execute a product roadmap for the data product portfolio, aligning with business goals and strategies. * Communicate product vision and goals to stakeholders, including executive leadership and customers, to secure buy-in and support. * Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to design and implement data solutions that meet the needs of our business and that of our customers. * Monitor and analyze product performance, making data-driven decisions to continuously improve our offerings. Qualifications * BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Business, or a related field. * A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or relevant engineering leadership. * Strong understanding of data governance, data management, data warehousing, data analytics, and data visualization technologies. * Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex product development projects. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-informed decisions. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences of any size. * Experience working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Experience working with data scientists, data engineers, and data analysts and the associated technology stack. * Good understanding of Apache Spark, Apache Airflow, dbt, Delta Lake, Kafka, and any other modern data stack technologies.
