As a member of the Medicare Advantage & Provider Engagement team, The *Experience & Transformation Consultant *is responsible for driving and supporting continuous improvement, change leadership, and communication activities in order to achieve high-quality, measurable, and sustainable results which support strategic priorities and goals. Experience & Transformation Consultants use data-driven and people-oriented tactics to support the Health Plan Operations (HPO) culture of high performance, build capacity for continuous improvement, deliver on customer experience commitments, and transform business practices - all in service of making our members' health journeys easier.

PREFERRED KEY EXPERIENCE:

  • Tracking and monitoring all Stars related activities, establishing KPIs and source of truth reporting of KPI status with measure owners
  • Managing global Stars improvement workplan to ensure deliverables are met and progress is supported by interim reporting. Identifying risks and escalations as needed
  • Collaborating with other clinical stakeholders to ensure Stars related activities are included in clinical programs
  • Working with key stakeholders to create clinical programs to impact Stars measures
  • Developing and maintaining key executive and stakeholder updates to ensure key risks/successes are communicated in a meaningful and concise manner

What You Bring to Cambia:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in process improvement, change management, business or process analysis/engineering, portfolio management
  • At least three years in health plan operations or a health-related organization

Skills and Attributes:

  • Proven ability to develop and maintain account relationships, both directly with the customer, and on the customer's behalf with internal stakeholders including the ability to understand and respond professionally and appropriately to the attitudes, concerns and needs of others and the ability to interpret and communicate information with tact, diplomacy, patience and professionalism.
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs, identify problems, mediate issues, develop solutions and implement a course of action. Resolves conflict constructively.
  • Strong communications and facilitation skills, both customer facing and internally; the ability to achieve goals through influence and advocacy; resolve issues and build consensus among groups of diverse stakeholders to achieve the goals.
  • Ability to effectively lead projects from initiation to closeout, including plan, schedule, scope, requirement definitions, testing, and deployment, using project management methodologies and practices
  • Ability to work in high-pressure circumstances on multidisciplinary, unconnected tasks and produce detailed work during periods of high-volume demands.

* What You Will Do at Cambi a:*

  • Identify and inform opportunities to build consistency, efficiency, accountability, and alignment into HPO systems and processes.
  • Provide leadership for strategic improvement and change adoption efforts within and across HPO departments and workgroups.
  • Scope and inform prioritization of improvement and change adoption efforts in alignment with HPO stra egic priorities and goals
  • Deliver updates, proposals, and recommendations to the HPO Leadership Team
  • Represent LET and HPO at cross functional workgroups.
  • Manage HPO communications and branding practices, partnerships, infrastructure, and collateral.
  • Lead major division-wide or cross-divisional improvement and change adoption initiatives.
  • Coach, train, and mentor team members.
  • Represent department in the absence of senior leader.

The expected hiring range for a Transformation and Experience Consultant SR is 150k - 175k annually depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus target for this position is 15%. The current full salary range for this role is $124k Low Range / $156k MRP / $203k High Range.
