AMERICAN CYBER SYSTEMS INC Payroll Analyst in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Payroll Analyst

Position type: Contract Duration: 6 months + Location: Salt Lake City, UT (hybrid)

As a Payroll Analyst: Audit individual employee pay records and reconcile totals by department, location, country, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with payroll EIB loads and audits for each pay cycle
  • Reconcile employee deductions and employer costs to third party payments
  • Understand all aspects of Workday pay cycle to effectively assist with project testing and end-to-end functionality
  • Process new hires, terminations, and employee changes
  • Serve as backup for other payroll team members
  • Verifies compliance with various statutory payroll requirements
  • Ensure direct deposit and tax details are established for employees
  • Manage payroll tickets for US and Canada
  • Assist with external audits as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Excel
  • Workday Payroll
  • Workday Pro Certification a plus
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: Pay Range*: $40/hr w2 *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
