HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Become a product expert in the field of automotive aftermarket products

• Promote products and assist in product releases

• Conduct product and sales training for sales teams

• Perform product demonstrations

• Orchestrate and execute program implementation and training

• Answer all product-related questions in a professional manner and address queries promptly

• Strategize with the business and development teams

• Schedule training sessions and attend meetings as required

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Ability to oversee, organize, and lead projects from beginning to end

• Ability to communicate clearly with dealership executives

• Ability to prioritize and execute critical tasks

• Ability to travel 50% of time

• Experience in retail, sales or customer service

• Deadline driven

• Superb verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in Excel/data analysis

• Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing or communications field is preferred

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
