Description

Wheeler Machinery Co. is seeking to hire a highly motivated Product Support Inside Sales Representative based out of their Salt Lake City, UT location. The Product Support Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for bringing value to our customers and growing product support sales by developing and processing new leads, understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities, and communicating product support solutions, all while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.

  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.

  • Answering potential customers' questions and following up on opportunities.

  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.

  • Maintaining a database of current and potential customers.

  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.

  • Staying informed about competing products and services.

  • Promoting sales of products and services.

  • Researching and qualifying new leads.

  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

Required Qualifications:

  • Problem solving skills.

  • Communication skills via phone, email, etc.

  • Time Management

  • Company CRM

  • Ability to Work in a Team Environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
