Job Description:

Join our Maintenance, Repairs, and Overhaul (MRO) team as a Production Planner, where you will be the linchpin ensuring that project deliverables are seamlessly executed on time. This role demands a proactive and autonomous individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, utilizing judgment and initiative to drive solutions.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the expedited flow of materials, parts, and assemblies to meet production and shipping schedules.

  • Utilize advanced Windows-based systems to analyze material configurations and job order statuses.

  • Strategically negotiate and manage workflow across multiple work centers, securing necessary resources while adapting to evolving customer needs and deadlines.

  • Set and achieve project goals, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

  • Communicate schedule plans and updates effectively to all levels of management and stakeholders.

  • Conduct detailed analyses for schedule optimization, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Handle physical demands, including lifting and maneuvering items up to 32 pounds regularly, and working overtime or varying shifts as required.

    Basic Qualifications:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a manufacturing, production, or other highly schedule-based environment

  • Experience in project or program execution techniques

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint)

  • Experience with SAP or other ERP/MRP systems

  • Interpret basic engineering instructions and drawings
