,within the Department of Health & Human Services,is looking for a dedicated professional to fill our 

Program Specialist II

 position.

As a Program Specialist II you will gather information about people on the DSPD waiting list,handle crisis situations,make referrals to community partners,coordinate home and community based services,and use person centered planning to ensure services meet the needs and desires of the individuals.
