job summary:

Seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician! In this role, you will audit manufacturing processes, test products, and analyze data to ensure the highest levels of quality and reliability. You'll work closely with engineering teams, interpret technical drawings, and recommend improvements to production standards. Hands-on tasks include performing inspections, calibrating tools, and managing calibration records. Both AM and PM shifts available! If you have 1-3 years of experience in electronic manufacturing, proficiency in data analysis, and an understanding of quality assurance principles, now!

salary: $22.00 - 23.50 per hour

work hours: 3pm to 12am

education: High School

responsibilities:

  • Audit processes, test products, and analyze data to ensure product quality and reliability.

  • Use engineering drawings and specifications to conduct tests, inspections, and resolve issues.

  • Work with management and engineering to set quality standards and address concerns.

  • Audit manufacturing processes: documentation, and process integrity.

  • Test products at different production stages for dimensions, performance, and other characteristics.

  • Record audit data, statistical control, and report on deviations from standards.

  • Recommend changes to improve quality and production efficiency.

  • Calibrate inspection tools and manage calibration records.

  • Maintain and track gages, ensuring timely calibration.

  • Analyze data and create reports for quality assurance.

  • Implement process changes based on test results to fix issues.

  • Perform out-of-box audits and assist with receiving inspections.

  • Ensure prompt scrap disposition and compliance with customer requirements.

  • Meet safety requirements and validate corrective actions and tools.
