"Data/IT and Integrated Solution" Research and Development Programs and Projects is managing the portfolio of IT, analytics and connectivity commercial solutions. These solutions are the cornerstones of bioMerieux's Data and IT ambitions : enabling our customers to increase productivity, selling value added services and contributing to the AMS/AMR strategy. In order to better support the expansion of the analytics domain and lead the "National Surveillance" initiative, the head of portfolio is hiring a new project leader. Position is opened in France (la Balme les Grottes) and United States of America (area of Raleigh/Durham-NC or Salt Lake City-UT) with the possibility to work remotely as per bioMerieux contract. Primary Responsibilities: You will be part of the "Data/IT and Integrated Solution Programs and Projecst" team (12 persons), reporting to the Portofolio Senior Director with a functional connection to the "Analytics and Surveillance" program director.

As RandD Project Leader, you will lead and coordinate projects or opportunity studies related to analytics and/or cloud based solutions in the domain. The focus on your primary assignment will be setting-up the conditions to build a platform for active National AMR surveillance (geno and pheno).

In this position, your main responsibilities will be: * Conduct feasibility studies and analysis to identify innovative solutions and technologies to enrich the commercial offer * Define project goals, deliverables and timelines ensuring that they align with the overall business objectives * Lead multidisciplinary project teams with representatives from various organization (RandD, Marketing, Customer Support, IS) * Ensure team cohesion and commitment throughout the project duration * Manage timelines and resource needs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope and within the approved budget * Secure design control, by respecting internal procedures and applicable standards * Manage project communication: reporting to Core Team, Steering Committee and various project stakeholders Position Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in a related Information Technology field * 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT domain * Agile framework knowledge (SCRUM; Kanban) is a plus. Skills * Leadership, Teamwork and good communication skills are key to succeed in this role * Autonomy and the capacity to work with global, remote teams, in a multicultural environ ment * Experience on IT solutions and Cloud development solutions is preferred
