As our Registration Analyst , you’ll support HID’s success by:

  • Utilizing web-based system to review incoming certificate applications for completeness.

  • Performing Identification & Authentication according to specific levels as required by IdenTrust customers.

  • Contacting customers directly to resolve application related discrepancies.

  • Processing incoming mail to match up with pending applications; specialized request forms, notarized forms, disputes and other documentation.

  • Reviewing notarized documentation for completeness and contacting appropriate agencies to determine validity of professional licenses.

  • Recording incoming certificate applications and agreements, including preparation of customer files (original and working), exceptions, revocations, disputes, etc.

  • Meeting productivity targets set by management.

  • Participating in annual goal-setting and performance reviews.

  • Ability to securely handle customer data.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards.

  • Capability to work flexible hours based on business need.

    Your Experience and Education include:

  • High School diploma or GED.

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ combined customer service and/or administrative office experience.

  • Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

  • Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.

  • Ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm.
