Nelson Laboratories Holdings, LLC Reporting Specialist in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah

The Report Specialist creates and compiles the company's final report using preapproved templates to interpret and input data that details the testing performed at Nelson Laboratories. Also responsible for ensuring the imaging and archival of documents after completion. Balances quality, accuracy and prompt/timely completion of tasks by having a central departmental focus to ensure appropriate consistencies across multiple tests. Required to serve our customers with the highest importance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Type, review, process, and perform corrections on all final laboratory test reports
  • Scan documents in accordance with proper scanning procedures
  • Effectively resolve problems in a timely manner with minimal or no supervision
  • Data interpretation and entry (sorting and identifying relevant information to be reported)
  • Effectively prioritize tasks and budget time to meet completion deadline(s)

Experience & Education:

Required:

  • Type at a minimum of 50 wpm with 90% accuracy & proficient at 10-key
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM, etc.)
  • Basic math, such as rounding and significant figures

Preferred (Not Required):

  • Proofreading skills and revising and editing skills, preferred
  • Experience with systems such as DocuWare, DocuSign or similar helpful
