What You Will Do: * Daily processing of business transactions, pulling reports, and clearing ques. * Working with Operations and Sales to resolve discrepancies preventing the processing of billing or payables. * Reviewing and processing orders based on set criteria. * Reconciling vendor invoices versus internal documents to determine and resolve discrepancies. * Working with warehouse staff to confirm and process returns. * Puling reports for warehouse staff and ensuring they process returns in a timely fashion.

What You Will Bring: * Ability to grow and maintain relationships with any individual, irrespective of the background and type of personality. * Strong organization skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work with recent technological applications relating to daily tasks. * Strong detail-orientation. * Possess reliable problem-solving ability * 2+ years experience with administrative business functions, Payables, Billing, Inventory Management, or similar. * 2+ years experience with Codale or Sonepar Eclipse and SWMS systems and processes * High School Diploma is required

Physical Demand and Work Hours: * This is a full-time position with a typical working schedule of Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM * Ability to sit for extended periods while using a computer and performing deskwork. * Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and handling documents * Occasional standing, walking, and reaching during meetings and other work-related activities. * Vision abilities required, including close vision and the ability to adjust focus for reviewing documents Job Location: Salt Lake City, Utah Why work for Codale Electric Supply?
