• Microsoft Word and Excel
• Google Apps
• Medicaid/Medicare Claims Processing
• Understanding of Correct Coding Initiatives 
• PRISM System Claims,queries,processes and procedures 
• Data analytics and reporting 
• Leadership development 
• Federal and State policy and procedures
