The Department of Anesthesiology at the University of Utah is seeking a versatile software developer. In this role, you will design, code, and modify web applications primarily related to our payroll and financial tracking systems. Other potential projects include facilitating the migration of our scheduling system and dependencies to a modern cloud-based system, developing features for our scheduling and evaluation notification system, improving our web-based digital signage, developing automation for onboarding and offboarding workflows, and other web-based tools as required. Opportunities to perform ad-hoc SQL queries and data analysis in R and/or Python are possible. Lastly, this role will provide general desktop and AV support when needed.An ideal candidate would have experience in C#, PHP, and full-stack web development and be familiar with best practices. They would have exceptional problem-solving skills, analytic skills, and an eagerness to learn.
