Duties may include licensing, ordering, tracking, filing, and organizing information. Performing data entry and processing of information with minimal supervision. Responding to the needs of suppliers and internal customers. Job Duties and Responsibilities: *  Performing any combination of clerical duties including answering phones, filing, sorting, receiving, classifying, summarizing, and managing documents and information. *  Assist Managers and Logistic Team in hauler related tracking including reconciling fuel cards and supporting setup and tracking of mobile devices. *  Work with accounting staff on reconciling month end hauler invoicing issues. Assist or perform basic accounting, including hauler invoice approvals, customer invoicing, etc. *  Compile and generate regular and special reports using established formats and procedures while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality. *  The requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required. Education and Experience: *  High school diploma or equivalent *  2 to 4 years of office, administrative, or related experience *  Certification and/or License - may be required during course of employment Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: *  Strong knowledge and skill with Microsoft Office Suite and company computer systems *  Able to work with accuracy and attention to detail *  Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing *  Represent DFA in a positive and professional manner.
