This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into the financial services industry. We

are seeking an Entry Level - Tax Analyst to support our client’s team. In this role, you will be involved in essential tax reporting and portfolio management services, collaborating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy in tracking and reporting realized gains and losses

• Update and validate cost basis changes resulting from corporate actions

• Generate and distribute tax reports across multiple jurisdictions within deadlines

• Deliver effective client support by developing tailored solutions

• Train advisory teams on new tax reporting procedures and updates

• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and enhance workflows

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Foundational knowledge of the securities industry, with experience in Wealth Management or brokerage operations preferred

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, along with competency in web-based applications

• Dedicated to upholding quality control standards and operating procedures

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment

• Skilled in managing priorities and staying focused under pressure

• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
