Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Territory Sales Manager in south Denver. This role is crucial in our sales department, where you will be tasked with overseeing the sales operations within your allocated territory, driving B2B sales, and increasing annual sales revenue.
Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage all sales operations within your designated territory
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business sales and increase annual sales revenue
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Report on sales results, including sales data and quotas to senior management
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
• Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
• Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal teams using key account metrics.
Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record of meeting annual sales targets.
• Experience in B2B sales is essential.
• Demonstrable experience in business sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
