Supervises vendors and vendor processes by coordinating and overseeing event scheduling. Supervision in food service point of sale functions within the department. Ensures relevant policies, procedures and laws are implemented. Participates in the vendor onboarding process as well as assesses, develops and provides training for new and existing employees and vendors with point of sale. May assist in menu planning, food handling, storage and prep. Establishes quality standards and maintains cleanliness of facility in accordance with regulations.
