Job Title: Commercial Maintenance Technician

Job Summary: The Maintenance Technician will assist in the upkeep and repair of production equipment such as piping systems, pumps, control equipment and valves. Work in conjunction with the customer for daily production related assignments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Overhauling of equipment shop environment

• Repair/replace piping systems including demolition.

• In field replacement of valves, pumps, actuators and gear boxes

• Completion of forms required for equipment history.

• Annual Compliance Training & Continued Education

• General Housekeeping

• Analysis of failures

Qualif ications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2-5 years experience mechanical experience, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry required; or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.

• Drivers license

• Able to read and write English.

• Ability to work from technical manual or blueprint.

• Experience in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of building mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
