NGL Energy Partners LP Field Coordinator in San Antonio, Texas

Job Description

**Applicant must be physically residing in or around the San Antonio area.

The Field Coordinator works closely with customers of the Eagle Ford basin in gaining, maintaining, and building relationships with trucking and oil companies. Coordinator will manage trucking kiosk system to ensure functionality, and assist with ticketing system, such as monitoring issues/errors. Coordinator will be the main point of contact for if/when the facility goes down, will manage the trucking companies when violations occur, and will assist management with accounts receivable/payable.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain customer relationships with trucking companies and oil companies by coordinating schedules, working with management on agreements, and new customer onboarding.

  • Manage kiosk by confirming tests, keeping signage up to date, and always ensuring complete functionality and cleanliness.

  • Operate Vantage, by adding new customers, creating operator/hauler codes, generating reports, and ensuring system is responding and pulling data.

  • Manage the communication on rejected loads

  • Manage trucking companies when violations occur

  • Assist in hauler issues, such as communications and accurate ticket information.

  • Assist management in Accounts Payable/Receivable by managing demand for payment, as well as continued business, contracts, and suspension of haulers.

  • Be main point of contact when a facility, by diverting trucks, sending emails/text messages to dispatchers, and further monthly communication that needs to be addressed.

  • Utilize the Enverus weekly basin activity updates and map out rigs/fracs, work to know where water is sent, and determine further steps.

  • Run reports on Vantage and identify areas of increased business.

  • Always be familiar with NGL facilities and employees.

  • Be aware of things in the field that need improvement.

Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma

  • 2+ years’ experience of administrative experience

  • 4+ years’ experience in oil and gas industry preferred

  • Bilingual preferred.

  • Excellent customer skills are required.

  • Must demonstrate excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills.

  • Must work effectively under pressure in a high stress environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information is required.

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to work overtime as necessary.

  • Ability to be a positive representative of the Company both internally and externally.

  • Ability to work with respect and cooperation at all times with fellow employees and customers.

  • Must be committed to working safely at all times.

  • Working knowledge of oil and gas field services preferred.

Travel:

Requires the ability to travel to field locations where environment may vary significantly.
