Aerotek Forklift Operator - Night Shift in San Antonio, Texas

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Job Description

Takumi Stamping manufactures small metal parts for Toyota vehicles. The facility includes large stamping presses, small machine welding stations, and production lines.

Production: - Operate production lines - Push carts of products - Move materials around the facility - Perform lifting and labor tasks - Maintain high attention to detail - Exhibit high levels of initiative - Ensure high attendance levels

Candidates should have a 'no job is too small' mentality.

Forklift Positions: - Operate forklifts - Communicate and organize with warehouse associates - Prioritize safety - Adapt to a fast-paced mindset - Have at least 2 years of forklift experience - Be willing to perform tasks off the forklift - Forklift certification is a plus - Maintain a strong safety record - Handle materials and move pallets with multiple units - Forklift operators will spend 90% of their time on the forklift and 10% off.

Work Environment

Climate-controlled manufacturing environment. Standing on feet all day for 8-10 hour shifts. Working with a team in individual stations but never fully alone.
