Description
Our client is in need of a Front Desk Coordinator in San Antonio, Texas. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and responsible for creating a welcoming environment. You will handle various administrative duties including managing incoming calls, providing information, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities
• Greet and assist visitors, determining the purpose of their visit and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
• Manage incoming calls, providing information, and transferring calls to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area, including managing the mailroom and common areas.
• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies.
• Coordinate with the Market Center Administrator on supply budgets and expectations, ensuring adherence to expense budget.
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of memos, reports, and other documents as necessary.
• Manage mail, including incoming and outgoing packages, ensuring they are promptly picked up by staff or associates.
• Provide support for executive leadership with clerical and administrative work as requested.
• Ensure the functionality of office equipment, making repair calls to technicians when necessary.
• Oversee the maintenance and scheduling of building services, including cleaning, repairs, and improvements.
Requirements
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance
• Experience in Answering Multi-Line Phone System
• Ability to provide Concierge Services
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Proficient in Data Entry tasks
• Outstanding Interpersonal Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in using Microsoft Outlook
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience in Organizing Files
• Familiarity with Receptionist Duties
