Description We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. The primary role will be to assist engineers by creating product replicas using CAD Software, specifically AutoCAD. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed designs with computer-aided design (CAD) software

• Work closely with engineers to understand product specifics and create replicas

• Ensure all technical drawings and specifications are accurate

• Update and maintain product design files

• Respond to inquiries from engineers and other team members

• Use AutoCAD software to create, save, and review the company's product designs

• Understand and implement project management principles in carrying out tasks

• Maintain a high level of knowledge of company products to ensure accurate modeling and design

• Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are feasible and can be manufactured

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing company designs. Requirements

• Proficiency in CAD Software, CAD - Computer Aided Drafting or Design, and AutoCAD is essential.

• Proven experience as a Help Desk Analyst or similar role in IT support.

• Solid understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic approach to finding solutions.

• Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware, software, and networking.

• Flexible to work in shifts as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field is preferred.

• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ will be considered an advantage.
