Legends at The Rock at La Cantera is seeking to fill seasonal Host/Hostess positions in the Roca and Martilla Restaurant.

The RoleThe Host/Hostess provides prompt and efficient customer service, greets customers, manages reservations. Partnered with the NBA San Antonio Spurs, The Rock at La Cantera is a 50-acre development which includes the Victory Capital Performance Center, Frost Plaza outdoor event space, and the Tuscan inspired Roca and Martillo Restaurant.Responsibilities• Greeting and seating guests in a timely, efficient and professional manner.• Seating guests, providing menus, and assisting with drink orders.• Completing opening and closing functions for the host/hostess desk.• Cleaning and organizing entrance and main lobby.• Providing guests with personal service and attention to detail that will exceed their expectations.• Maintaining extensive knowledge of food and beverage menu, specials and services offered.

Qualifications:• All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.• Ability to interact with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards.• Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.• Ability to multitask in a fast paced, team orientated setting.• Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.• Must have experience restaurant.Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.Legends is an Equal Opportunity employer.
