This opportunity resides with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. We are actively recruiting for a Logistics Specialist with a TS/SCI security clearance who has sound knowledge of logistics services to support Weapons Storage and Security System (WS3) equipment deployed worldwide.

Responsibilities: I want to and can do that!

• Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) and Advanced Component Obsolescence Management (AVCOM) Subject Matter Expert

• Participate in Sustainment SPO Supply Chain Risk Management

• Expedite hardware through the repair process and the defense supply systems to reach end users in worldwide locations

• Perform requirements computations and use Air Force supply systems, e.g., D035, D043, CDAS, and PIDS

• Process shipments within appropriate required time frames

• At a minimum, annually provide: 200 supply transactions (D035, CDAS, & DD1149), 300 transactions in PIDS to move material in/out of maintenance for repair and/or testing

Requirements: I have already done that or have it!

• 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.

• Experience with DMSMS and AVCOM

• Excellent writing skills and verbal communication skills

• Clearance: Must have an active TOP SECRET security clearance with SCI eligibility.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to work in a shipboard environment. Must be able to lift, carry, and transport heavy equipment.
